                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF THE
                   CONTRACT FOR THE RELOCATION OF TWO PIPELINES ON
                   CONTRACT NO. 81-A, RED BANK INTERCEPTOR
                   CONNECTOR SEWER, TO THE COLONIAL PIPELINE
                   COMPANY FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY
                   THOUSAND, TWENTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($30,020.00) WITH PRIOR COUNCIL APPROVAL.

         	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE,  That there be and is hereby authorized 

         the award of contract for the relocation of two pipelines on
         Contract No. 81-A, Red Bank Interceptor Connector Sewer, to the 

         Colonial Pipeline Company for an amount not to exceed 
$30,020.00.
